My name is Lauren McCartan and I am a Digital Communications Specialist at the Métis Nation of Ontario. 

I am passionate about exploring creativity, creating community, and having fun in the process!

I received my Bachelor of Design in Advertising from OCAD University, and I am currently enrolled in the University of Toronto Continuing Education Program for my Digital Strategy and Communications Management Certificate. 

My heritage is Métis/Irish, and I enjoy applying my cultural knowledge to my work. I love a good cup of tea and am easily tempted with a sweet treat. In my spare time, you can find me outdoors hiking or learning new skills!
